Free Online Class Schedule

TriYoga Classes will resume on Sunday, May 31st

Free 9:30am classes will be on Sundays and Wednesdays

It's recommended to have a yoga mat, blocks and a blanket to use.

You can use a blanket, pillow, and/or long scarf as a substitute.

Below are instructions on how to sign up for

FREE online classes via Zoom

Step One

Go to our Schedule above to book your free class through MindBody or use the MindBody app (if you do not have an account you will be prompted to create one).

Step Two

Once your class is booked on MindBody you will receive an email with the Zoom link 30 minutes before the class begins. The last registration will be 10 minutes before the class starts.

Step Three

Before clicking on the link for online class you need to first go to the site "Zoom" at and create an account (this is free).
